MRO Essentials will accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. After thirty (30) days, MRO Essentials will charge a 25% restocking fee.

An RMA must requested within six (6) months of original PO date. If a return is necessary, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-865-9552 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and proper shipping instructions and address.
