The Ptec™ IN2000 AC benchtop air ionizer is a small, efficient static elimination device with variable fan speed for protecting electronic components and general static protection. The IN2000 emitter assembly can be quickly removed and cleaned which eliminates maintenance costs and equipment downtime and ensures your ionizer has optimal static eliminating performance.
Using AC corona technology, to make the air more conductive, Ptec™ ionizers produce a balanced stream of positive and negative air ions that never need calibration. These devices are used in many industries and manufacturing applications where static electricity is a problem.
Maintenance Friendly Ionizer
The IN2000 requires minimal service and maintenance and was designed to make it as simple as possible. The ionizer's emitter points are enclosed in a removable assembly which can be easily removed for service. These features eliminate maintenance costs and equipment downtime and ensures your ionizer has optimal static eliminating performance.
About Ptec™ Technology
A specialized piezoelectric high voltage transformer makes Ptec™ ionizers among the most reliable ionizers manufactured. Small, lightweight and stable, Ptec™ products are designed to remain in balance and to alarm when the HV output affects performance. The model IN2000 benchtop static eliminator produces a 68KHz AC output of approximately 2200V and a continuous stream of balanced air ions. Ionizers that use Ptec™ technology do not require calibration and only minimal maintenance.
Verification and Calibration:
The IN2000 ionizer comes factory calibrated and with a calibration certificate. Ionizer performance can be tested and verified with a charge plate monitor. Important tests to perform are positive and negative decay times and ion balance. It is recommended to test ionizer performance at least 1 per year.
MRO Essentials ships via the following companies:
Orders placed before 12 noon Eastern typically ship the same day.
All shipments are FOB FACTORY. Purchaser is therefore responsible for both shipping charges and damage to goods in transit. Note that freight charges are based on weight AND volume. Assembled items take up a greater shipping volume and are typically charged at a higher freight rate than items shipped flat. Purchaser must specify a freight carrier at time the order is placed or MRO Essentials will choose a carrier and prepay shipments. The freight cost of prepay shipments will be added to each invoice unless otherwise specified. NOTE: Request to ship UPS 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day is a method of shipment and does not imply any expediting of order processing by MRO Essentials. For non-UPS shipments, the order will be shipped freight collect or third party billing at purchaser’s option. Purchaser is responsible for and agrees to pay (1) charges disallowed or billed back to MRO Essentials by third parties when purchaser has specified third party billing and (2) charges billed to MRO Essentials for corrections made by the carrier including address corrections. Some carriers may not be available to be used by MRO Essentials. Purchaser will be notified if an alternate carrier is required.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING POINTS:
MRO Essentials products are manufactured in various locations. Shipping points may vary and may change without prior notice.
INSURING YOUR SHIPMENT:
