The 7220.840.SET Wolfgang Warmbier Two-Point Probe set measures point-to-point surface resistance of small areas

The 7220.840.SET two-point probe is used with a resistance meter to measure surface resistance of small areas for ESD Compliance. Model 840 probe works specifically with the Wolfgang Warmbier Resistance Meters Metriso 3000, Metriso B530 and SRM200 surface resistance meters. The probe has two conductive rubber electrodes and spring loaded mechanism which results in good surface contact and even pressure during measurments.  Features an exchangeble head with a BNC quick removable design.
