The Warmbier 7220.880.SET Concentric Ring Probe is used with a surface resistance meter to take volume resistance, point-to-point resistance, surface resistance and resistance-to-ground measurements.

The Warmbier 7220.880.SET Concentric Ring Probe (Ref: ANSI/ESD STM11.12) can measure the volume resistance of planar materials using a flat conductive metal plate (included).
