General Use Vinyl Anti-Static work surface provides excellent ESD protection and extra cushion for component safety and operator comfort. VMB utilizes a three layer construction consisting of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid, vinyl top surface and a foam, base layer. Surface resistivity is in the dissipative range: 10^7 –10^8.

Was very happy to see the quality of this bench protection mat. There is very little odor at first but within a day, this mat is virtually odorless and it lays flat! No curling edges! It can handle solder drips without burning and can handle a good cleaning without damaging the anti static properties.
